Privacy Practices of Short Term Rental Management, LLC
This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Short Term Rental Management, LLC, its subsidiaries, and related entities (collectively, “STR Management,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). It outlines how we collect, use, and disclose certain information.
Applicability
This Privacy Policy applies to our interactions with customers and visitors, including property rentals, rental management, marketing of rental listings, guest services, your use of STR Management websites or applications, social media, and advertisements or communications relating to services we offer (collectively, “Services”). It excludes any STR Management services that state they are offered under a different privacy policy.
This Privacy Policy does not extend to third-party websites that may be accessible through a STR Management website or to third-party websites on which STR Management advertises.

This Privacy Policy applies to both STRmanagement.com and the affiliate website AustinVacay.com. Together, these are referred to as STR Management throughout this document.

Log Files
As part of our standard operations, STR Management uses log files to record visits to our websites. The information collected includes:

Media
We recommend removing embedded location data (EXIF GPS) from images before uploading. Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the website if present.
Cookies and Web Beacons
We use cookies to improve user experience and store information such as:

If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience; these last for one year.
When visiting our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

STRM Linen (staff app)
STRM Linen is an internal app used by STR Management staff to count and track linen with RFID tags. It is not available to the public.
The app records your name and email address (from Google sign‑in or entered by your supervisor), the linen scans you submit, and your phone’s model, operating system, and an app‑generated device identifier. It does not collect your location, contacts, photos, or other files. Bluetooth is used only to connect to the RFID reader.
Data is sent over an encrypted connection to STR Management’s servers and is not sold or shared with other companies. To request deletion of your data, contact your supervisor or email: privacy@strmanagement.com.
