Curated Craftsman by Chavez | Backyard Wet Bar

Fire up the built-in gas grill at your own covered outdoor kitchen, with a prep sink, beverage fridge, and a 4-seat slate bar facing the patio TV. Lady Bird Lake and the Butler Trail are a half-mile walk, with Rainey Street, Historic Scoot Inn, and the East Cesar Chavez taco strip just past that, and downtown and the Convention Center both under a mile out. 2BR/1BA sleeps 4 in two queen bedrooms. End the night on the bamboo-screened patio under warm pendant light.

✦ Why Guests Love It
• 2BD/1BA sleeps 4 in two queen bedrooms
• Full outdoor kitchen & covered patio lounge with wall-mounted TV
• Gas fireplace living room, smart TV & a waterfall-quartz island kitchen
• In-home laundry, keyless entry & free driveway parking
• Walk to Rainey Street, Historic Scoot Inn & the E Cesar Chavez taco strip

✦ Front Porch & Keyless Entry: A gabled porch and a signature teal front door sit behind xeriscape landscaping and agave. Keyless entry, so there's no lockbox scramble after a late flight.

✦ Open-Concept Living Room: The whole main floor opens up the moment you're through the door. A linear gas fireplace anchors the room under the smart TV, and the deep blue-gray accent wall with soft mustard throws makes the space feel calm and easy to sink into after a long day out. Kick your shoes off and stream Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, or ESPN+ over high-speed Wi-Fi, or run the fireplace low on a cool Austin evening. The ceiling fan handles August.

✦ Full Kitchen & Island Bar: The waterfall-quartz island is the center of gravity here. Undermount sink, two barstools, and enough counter that one person can keep prepping while everyone else keeps talking. Gas range, over-range microwave, toaster oven, and a drip coffee maker for the first cup before anyone else is up.

✦ In-Home Laundry: An all-in-one washer/dryer is built right into the kitchen island cabinetry, so a load can run while dinner's on the stove. A complimentary starter kit of detergent is stocked for your first few loads.

✦ Covered Patio & Outdoor Kitchen: Step down from the kitchen door and this is where the trip actually happens. A built-in stainless gas grill, sink, and slate-tiled prep counter run the length of one wall, facing a 4-seat bar. An L-shaped wicker sectional and ottoman sit under ceiling fans and red barn pendants, with a beverage fridge for keeping drinks in reach and a wall-mounted TV for the game. The vintage Tonight's Sportsfare chalkboard is there for calling the night's menu. Bamboo screening and a wood fence close the whole thing in, so it's yours alone.

✦ Bedroom 1 (Queen): Off the living room. Queen bed made up in crisp hotel-quality white linens, set against a live-edge wood headboard on a black metal frame. Blackout curtains that actually do their job, so sunrise is optional. A desk nook with a rattan chair tucks into the window corner for anyone with a morning call to take.

✦ Bedroom 2 (Queen): Set toward the back of the house, so it's the quieter of the two. Queen bed layered with plush pillows and a soft quilted coverlet, with reading lamps and nightstands on both sides so nobody has to climb over anyone. Calm coastal artwork and sheer curtains let the morning arrive slowly.

✦ Full Bathroom: One full bath shared by both bedrooms, with a navy vanity, white countertop, and a marble-look tiled tub-shower combo. Complimentary starter toiletries are stocked, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, along with fresh towels and a makeup cloth. A real tub, not just a shower, for the long soak after a day of walking Austin.

✦ Free Parking: Free driveway and street parking.
