Luxe Two-Home Stay | Billiards, Fire Pits & Grill

Own the whole duplex! This 8BR/6BA East Austin buyout sleeps 20 across two full living units, complete with a private game room boasting a pool table + NBA Jam arcade, a rooftop balcony with a hanging egg chair, and a backyard fire pit lounge. Set where Waller meets Cesar Chavez, you're 4 minutes from the Lady Bird Lake trail and under a mile to Rainey Street. Two kitchens, two living rooms + in-unit laundry in each unit keep large groups comfortable and independent. Perfect for reunions, weddings + multi-family getaways.

✦ Two Full Units, One Buyout: This East Austin duplex gives your group both sides of the house — Unit A and Unit B — booked together for total privacy. Each side brings its own kitchen, living room, and laundry, so everyone has room to spread out while staying steps from each other.

✦ Unit A Primary Suite: Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed with an upholstered tan headboard beneath a vaulted ceiling and a bold green accent wall. Striped table lamps and a tree-line view set the tone, and a sliding door opens straight onto the private balcony.

✦ Unit A Bedroom 2: Also on the second floor, this king bedroom brings its own personality with a coastal-blue palette, tufted headboard, and gingham accents (or a bold gold-and-gray geometric accent wall, depending on the room).

✦ Unit A Bedroom 3: On the first floor, this queen bedroom is dressed with woven lamps and playful striped-and-gingham textiles for a relaxed, colorful feel.

✦ Unit A Loft: Tucked under a sloped ceiling, this cozy attic-style queen bedroom stands out with a mustard, gray, and black geometric accent wall — a fun bonus sleeping space for extra guests.

✦ Unit B Primary Suite: The primary bedroom on this side also features a king bed on the second floor, with the in-unit washer and dryer conveniently located just outside the door.

✦ Unit B Bedrooms: Three additional bedrooms round out Unit B, offering a mix of king and queen beds (including a queen sleeper sofa) to comfortably sleep the rest of the group.

✦ Game Room & Arcade: Unit A's standout hangout space is a detached game room complete with a pool table and an NBA Jam arcade cabinet — the perfect spot for friendly competition after a day out.

✦ Two Living Rooms: Each unit has its own smart TV–equipped living room with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and high-speed Wi-Fi, giving both wings a comfortable place to unwind.

✦ Two Full Kitchens: Every unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, so both sides of the group can cook, host, and gather without ever feeling crowded.

✦ Bathrooms Throughout: Six full bathrooms are split evenly across the duplex (three per side). Unit A's bathrooms include a double vanity with a sputnik light fixture and gold star decor, an accessible walk-in glass shower with subway tile and grab bars, and additional subway-tiled tub/shower combos.

✦ Outdoor Entertaining: Unit A's backyard is built for hanging out — a gravel-and-paver patio with a large dining table under a mature shade tree, a separate gas fire pit lounge, and a gas grill ready for cookouts.

✦ Rooftop Egg Chair Balcony: Just off the Unit A primary bedroom, a private upstairs balcony delivers open neighborhood views and a hanging egg chair — one of the property's most-loved spots to unwind.

✦ Free Parking: A dedicated alley spot behind the house, a driveway at the back of the property, plus free street parking on Lambie St make coming and going easy for both units.
