The 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home sleeps 4, with original hardwood floors, a sunny eat-in kitchen, a cozy flex room for work or play, and in-unit laundry. Out back, string lights, a shade-sail lounge, bright Adirondacks and a blue gas grill set the scene for easy, breezy nights in. And yes, it's dog-friendly for up to two furry pals.

✦ Why Guests Love It
• Colorful South Austin spot just minutes from the coffee shops
• Fenced backyard made for hanging out, with a string-lit shade-sail lounge & gas grill
• Dedicated flex room with a desk, sectional & smart TV for remote work or movie nights
• Sunny eat-in kitchen with butcher-block counters, a gas range & breakfast nook
• In-unit washer & dryer, plus dog-friendly for up to two pups
• On-site parking for one car, plus free street parking

✦ Living & Dining: Step inside to original hardwood floors, soft gray walls and sunshine pouring in through windows on two sides. Kick back on the plush gray sofa and stream your favorites on the smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu, backed by fast Wi-Fi throughout the home. Drop a needle on the retro record player, browse the built-in bookshelves framing the arched doorway, then gather around the dining table for four for a home-cooked dinner or a friendly game night.

✦ Kitchen: Whip up a feast in the fully stocked kitchen, with white shaker cabinets, butcher-block counters and a glossy sea-glass green tile backsplash. A stainless gas range, French-door fridge, dishwasher and rolling butcher-block island make cooking for the crew a breeze, while candy-colored retro touches like the pink retro microwave make every coffee run a little happier. Linger over breakfast in the sunny nook for two, steps from the French doors to the backyard, and toss in a load in the stacked washer and dryer just off the kitchen so you can pack light.

✦ Flex Room/Den: Sink into the mustard corduroy sectional and queue up a show on the wall-mounted smart TV, or plug in at the desk by the window for focused remote work on fast Wi-Fi. Arched shelving, a vintage typewriter and botanical art make this the coziest hideaway in the house.

✦ Bathroom: Freshen up in the full hall bathroom, where glossy teal hexagon tile wraps the tub/shower combo. A dark wood vanity, matte black fixtures and a gold arched mirror bring boutique-hotel vibes, with fluffy towels on open shelving and complimentary toiletries ready and waiting.

✦ Second Bedroom: Drift off in a queen bed on a black iron frame, made up with crisp, hotel-quality linens. Botanical prints, a honeycomb mirror piece and a brass side table give it a dreamy garden-cottage feel, and a closet, ceiling fan and luggage rack keep you cool and settled in.

✦ Primary Bedroom: Wake up in the sunny front corner room, with a brass-frame queen bed dressed in plush luxury bedding. Windows on two walls, framed by blush curtains, fill the room with soft morning light, while a wall-mounted smart TV, rattan dresser, ceiling fan and luggage rack make it easy to unwind and stay a while.

✦ Outdoor Space: Swing open the French doors and step down the deck into your fenced, L-shaped backyard with artificial turf. Stretch out on the outdoor sectional under a shade sail strung with twinkling lights, and catch the game on the outdoor TV (just pop the cover back on when you're done to avoid any damage charges). Pull up a bright blue Adirondack chair in the conversation area with cold drinks from the pink rolling cooler cart, or fire up the fun blue gas grill and dig in at the picnic table as the string lights glow. Out front, a garden bench by the front porch is the perfect spot for your morning coffee, with on-site parking for one car and free street parking nearby.

✦ Free Parking: Enjoy one dedicated parking spot near the gate, plus free additional parking on the street.
