Two Homes One Stay - East Austin Family Oasis

Gather the whole crew at this East Austin family compound — 6 bedrooms and 4 baths sleeping up to 14 across two connected homes. Spread out in a main house with three living levels of space or unwind in the private rear casita, then meet up in the shared gravel courtyard under string lights or the raised deck lounge for cornhole. Kids will love the built-in climbing wall and play area. Tucked into walkable, artsy Cherrywood, minutes from East Side coffee, tacos, and live music.

✦ Primary Suite (Unit A): Retreat to the downstairs primary suite with a queen bed, light wood and upholstered platform headboard, and brass sconces glowing beneath Austin skyline art. The en-suite bath features a double vanity and a glass walk-in rainfall shower, plus a walk-in closet for easy unpacking.

✦ Upstairs Bedrooms (Unit A): Three more queen bedrooms upstairs each open to a private Juliet balcony with leafy tree views, and each has its own personality — a vaulted-ceiling green room, a botanical palm-print retreat, and a floral wallpaper room with a rattan bed. One even has its own en-suite bath.

✦ Casita Bedrooms (Unit B): The rear casita offers two more queen bedrooms with dark upholstered platform frames, high ceilings, and generous closet space — one brightened by playful bird-themed art and leafy window views.

✦ Bathrooms: Four bathrooms serve the compound. Unit A's primary en-suite pairs a gray-shaker double vanity with a glass walk-in rainfall shower and built-in tile bench, while its two additional full baths feature white subway tile with eye-catching teal and abalone glass mosaic accents. Unit B rounds it out with a full bath and a playful half bath featuring a bold yellow ornate mirror and blue-green mosaic tile.

✦ Kitchen & Living (Unit A): The main floor flows open-concept across living, dining, and kitchen space, with a bonus upstairs flex/den — yellow walls, a blue sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted TV, and a fun record-player nook for movie nights or quiet downtime.

✦ Kitchen & Living (Unit B): The casita's own open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area shines with white shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters, a glass mosaic backsplash, and stained-concrete floors accented by sliding barn doors.

✦ Kids' Play Area: A shared hit with younger guests — a colorful climbing wall, a stacked-tire obstacle course, and an outdoor chalkboard line a mulched path between the homes.

✦ Outdoor Spaces: Gather in the gravel courtyard strung with string lights around an oval dining table and built-in bench seating with planter beds, fire up the Weber charcoal grill, or head to the raised wood deck lounge for turquoise loungers, a shade sail, and cornhole under the trees. Multiple balconies and a covered back porch add even more room to spread out.

✦ Free Parking: Unit A offers a dedicated covered garage spot plus a shared carport, and Unit B has its own concrete driveway with a covered carport — plus plenty of free street parking out front. When booking the full compound, several cars can line up back-to-back on the long driveway.
