Welcome to STR Management! We are Short Term Rental Management, LLC, an Austin-based company specializing in the management of upscale short-term vacation rental properties in Austin, Texas.
These terms and conditions describe the practices of STR Management LLC, its subsidiaries, and its related entities (referred to as “STR Management,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website, you accept these terms and conditions. Please do not continue to use STR Management if you do not agree to all terms and conditions stated on this page.
Definitions
“Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person logging onto this website and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to our Company. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refer to both the Client and ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
License
Unless otherwise stated, STR Management and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on STR Management. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from STR Management for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from STR Management
- Sell, rent, or sublicense material from STR Management
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from STR Management
- Redistribute content from STR Management
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Special Programs
Earn 10% More Guaranteed
At STR Management, we are committed to delivering superior earnings from your property. Our “Earn 10% More Guaranteed” program is designed to ensure that you see a significant increase in your returns.
- Eligibility and Data Submission: To participate, property owners must provide the previous year’s gross rental income data while under a competitor’s management or while the property was self-managed. This information will serve as the benchmark for assessing our performance.
- Income Adjustment: Gross income figures will be adjusted based on owner stays and maintenance blocks to ensure a fair comparison between your historical data and the performance under our management.
- Guarantee Timing and Duration: The guarantee period begins 90 days after your property listing goes live with STR Management and covers the next full year.
- 10% Revenue Increase: We guarantee that the gross revenue from your rental property will increase by at least 10% on an annual basis compared to the previous year’s adjusted gross income, calculated from the start of the 90-day period after going live.
- Management Fee Adjustment: If we do not achieve at least a 10% increase by the end of the guarantee period, we will sign a new one-year management agreement with our management fee reduced by 2%, effective starting the end of the guarantee period.
This guarantee underscores our confidence in our ability to maximize your investment returns and effectively manage your property with elevated property care and better guest experiences.
User Responsibilities
Conduct
Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner while using our website, refraining from behavior that could disrupt the site, infringe upon rights of others, or violate applicable laws or regulations.
Content Submission
Users are responsible for ensuring submissions (e.g., comments, reviews) comply with our guidelines. Content should not be offensive, defamatory, indecent, or in violation of third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
Respecting Others’ Rights
Users must refrain from harassment, cyberbullying, or any harmful or abusive behavior toward others.
Accuracy of Information
Provide accurate and truthful information when interacting with the website. Misrepresentation may result in content removal or termination of access.

Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of STR Management, its agents, and/or affiliates and are solely those of the poster. To the extent permitted by law, STR Management shall not be liable for Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused by any use of, posting of, or appearance of the Comments on this website.
